Welsh girl names and flower names

Hi all,
We've just found out that baby #2 is a girl (yay)! We're after a Welsh name which is easy to pronounce / spell - we live in Wales but half of the family are English. DD1s name is Catrin Rose. We'd like a flower / plant for a middle name again. Last name is close enough to "Davids" to make no difference.

First names we're considering - Bethan / Elinor / Megan / Rhiannon

Middle names we're considering - Lily / Ivy / Violet

Middle names that we can't use due to various reasons: Poppy, Holly, Daisy, Iris.

We'd love some opinions on the names we're looking at, and also any other names which you lovely lot think we should consider.

Tesni is a beautiful name for a Spring baby. Tesni’r Gwanwyn = the first warmth of Spring.

my personal favourite welsh name is Mabli
Which is the welsh version of Mabel I think it's so pretty x

Yes, if you are in Y Fro. But why use that word as a name when there are such lovely names you could use instead? Some that are pretty but might be a PITA if you are in deepest darkest Surrey or Northamptonshire but perfectly fine if you are in a mainly welsh environment (like Dyddgu, Buddug, Lleucu, Gwenllian, Elliw...)
You could use Merywen as a house name.

I'm not exactly tripping over little Merywens at Cylch but my point was that any one seeing the name written down would be ok with the pronouncing it.

I live in deepest, darkest Gwynedd - it wouldn't be mispronounced here!

The trouble with Merywen is that it will be mispronounced.
It's Merr-YW-enn

The YW vowel combination has no English equivalent, the nearest could be Uh-w or EW.
so Merr-UH-wen or Merr-EW-enn.

It isn't Merry-wen

Merywen - Welsh for juniper. I'd love this but would be terrible with our surname.

More like Ever but it's not really Ever either, it's more like Eh-Vuh or Air-vuh.

Gwennan isn't wrong, just that Gwenan is more popular.
Similarly, Anwen not Annwen.

Gwenno is pretty. pronounced GWEN-É’(the o is like the o in of, boss, cot etc not like the n in no)
