AutumnalLeaves38 · 11/11/2019 19:05

Oh, gorgeous rabbit comforter!

Hope it finds a good home.

petitdonkey · 11/11/2019 18:49

this is the bunny - the seller couldn't have been lovelier, it was just an honest mistake and she didn't want me to send it back to her.

Ahh - your replies have made me laugh!!

I ordered the most beautiful handmade bunnies from Etsy that were personalised for twins. The seller accidentally sent me a 'Hailyn' which is absolutely not the baby name I ordered!! I posted here in the hope that someone would have a baby of that name that I could send it to. (My babies are 10, 13 & 15 now!!)

It came from Israel so maybe it's a name that is more common there...

If anyone is really clever and knows how to unpick them name I would happily post it, it's really lovely....

With my accent it would be horrible sorry

Also words like hail a cab, and the type of rain

CottonSock · 11/11/2019 18:39

It may not be Welsh, but I think celtic, my friend is 1st language Welsh speaker

MrsJoshNavidi · 11/11/2019 18:33

FYI the Welsh name is spelled Heulwen - female.

I've never heard of Heilyn for a male or a female.

CottonSock · 11/11/2019 18:28

Heilyn is a Welsh name, for a male. Quite uncommon, I've only met one.

OctopusNow · 11/11/2019 18:27

Might work with Vanessa as a first name...

OctopusNow · 11/11/2019 18:27

Van Halen?

hungryhippie · 11/11/2019 18:03

How is it pronounced? Looks like it's weather related.
I don't like it.

BonBon411 · 11/11/2019 17:55

It’s awful

MangoSpice · 11/11/2019 17:52

I know an Helan but that's as close
as I can get.

MikeUniformMike · 11/11/2019 17:48

Hayling as in Island might be ok.

june2007 · 11/11/2019 17:46

Hailyn a cab? It,s not the worst but I,m not kean.

NoSauce · 11/11/2019 17:40

Absolutely terrible. Is it made up?

MikeUniformMike · 11/11/2019 17:33

Heulyn is one of those welsh names that is difficult for non-speakers to pronounce. The " eu" has no equivalent sound in English.

diddlediddle · 11/11/2019 17:32

Can always count on @MikeUniformMike 😁

misspiggy19 · 11/11/2019 17:29

Sounds made up

MikeUniformMike · 11/11/2019 17:28

How about Rainyn or Snowyn?

ojo821 · 11/11/2019 17:28

No, never heard of it.

MrsFoxPlus4Again · 11/11/2019 17:28

Nope, where did you hear it?

AutumnalLeaves38 · 11/11/2019 17:27

Is it a combination of Hailey and another name ending in 'lyn' (Caitlin/Jocelyn/Marilyn etc)?

I've never heard of it before, but don't dislike it.
