Not Gentian. Anything but.

Fireextinguished · 10/11/2019 20:29

Elowen is lovely

hungryhippie · 10/11/2019 20:27

Use Valeria if it's your Grandmothers name. I've never heard of it but it has a nice sound and obviously a nice connection to your family.

ZuzuMyLittleGingersnap · 10/11/2019 20:24

I like Xanthe and Valeria best.

ilovetofu · 10/11/2019 20:12

Xanthe or Violet

OMGicantbelieveeit · 10/11/2019 20:11

Fleur - love
Elodie - like a lot
Xanthe, Elowen, Maeve, Violet, Valeria - not particularly my cup of tea but all perfectly decent names
Gentian, Ianthe - I don't like either of these and wouldn't know how to pronounce them

winterplease · 10/11/2019 20:10

Maeve, Elodie and Valeria are all very pretty and not too 'out there'

Congratulations Thanks

PurpleFrames · 10/11/2019 20:07

Valeria is Italian and my grand mother's name.

Maeve the rest are Jilly Cooper characters

MyNewBearTotoro · 10/11/2019 20:05

I’m probably biased as I have an Elodie but it’s the only one on your list I like. Possibly like Elowan as well but that’s the first time I’ve heard the name so not quite sure yet!

misspiggy19 · 10/11/2019 20:04

Hate them all.

MadameJosephine · 10/11/2019 20:02

Valeria is lovely and I’ve never heard it before so I’d go for that.

thatmustbenigelwiththebrie · 10/11/2019 20:02

I hate them all (sorry).

FizzyGreenWater · 10/11/2019 19:59

Xanthe or Maeve

Butterflyjive · 10/11/2019 19:58

Valeria is my favourite.
Elodie and Violet are also nice.

Ikeameatballs · 10/11/2019 19:57

Maeve, Ianthe and Elodie are my favourites.

I really dislike Fleur.

bridgetreilly · 10/11/2019 19:56

Gentian is really awful. 'Gents'...

I'm not a fan of any of them, tbh. I like Violet but it is very popular these days.

SoftBlocks · 10/11/2019 19:48

Xanthe or Elodie.

siriusblackthemischieviouscat · 10/11/2019 19:46

Elodie and violet are the ones I like most but if I'm honest I don't like any of them.

Peachbubble · 10/11/2019 19:28

I like Maeve, Elowen, Elodie, Violet and Valeria. Not keen on the others.

MissHenty · 10/11/2019 19:27

Elodie or violet ❤️❤️

firawla · 10/11/2019 19:13
