Help, the only names I love for my next baby boy seem too close to my son's name. My son is called Eisa (pronounced eesa). I love the name Elias, but worried it looks too similar? The pronunciation is very different but I am worried about the same use of letters. I also like Isaac but worry this sounds similar as well. Any advice? Thank you....
