Iris Elizabeth

Iris.

BelfastmummyL · 26/10/2019 21:41

Definately Iris. Don't like yasmin. Also it's the name if a common contraceptive pill.

Cookit · 26/10/2019 19:29

Going against the grain, I like Yasmin a lot and much prefer it to Jasmine. Yasmin feels classier and more exotic (perhaps because I knew a Yasmin who was both classy and exotic!).

missmouse101 · 26/10/2019 18:03

Yasmin is a much more beautiful name.

LucileDuplessis · 26/10/2019 17:57

Iris. Love it.

Sb20162019 · 26/10/2019 17:55

I love Iris Elizabeth personally but both lovely

fantasmasgoria1 · 24/10/2019 09:54

Yasmin over iris any day. Whatever you do don't call her Doris!

MissHenty · 24/10/2019 09:53

I definitely prefer Jasmine to Yasmine (there’s a lady called Yaz on towie and I don’t like the harshness of the name). I think Yasmine will get mishear a lot and called Jasmine

I vote Iris - lovely bame

CakeRattleandRoll · 24/10/2019 09:49

Yasmin gets my vote, although Iris is lovely, too. It is definitely possible to like both names!

TheVoiceInTheShed · 24/10/2019 08:56

Iris - it is beautiful and after the flower (and not part of the eye as pp said)Grin

MikeUniformMike · 24/10/2019 08:54

Yasmin

siriusblackthemischieviouscat · 24/10/2019 06:31

Iris and Yasmine are such different names I find it hard to imagine one couple like both names. Personally i don't like Yasmine, I don't know why though.

Iris is a name that's grown on me. Its a family name for me though and two generations above me so has always been an 'old person' name 😂

CatherineOfAragonsPrayerBook · 24/10/2019 06:31

Yasmin Elizabeth doesn't work imo because Yasmin sounds exotic but Elizabeth traditional classic.

Iris Elizabeth works well, but as pp said Iris is becoming very popular and on its own is not as beautiful as Yasmin.

I vote for Yasmin but with alternative middle name.

Dirtyjellycat · 24/10/2019 06:23

Yasmin

rainbowstardrops · 24/10/2019 06:21

Yasmin but I prefer Jasmine. It seems softer and prettier

AutumnalLeaves38 · 24/10/2019 06:19

Yasmin

Jossina · 24/10/2019 05:28

Iris

HalfManHalfLabrador · 24/10/2019 00:43

I was bullied by a Yasmin so it’s Iris from me

DramaAlpaca · 24/10/2019 00:40

Difficult choice as they are very different styles, but I'd choose Iris I think.

Astronica · 24/10/2019 00:38

Iris Elizabeth is lovely.

MrsBertBibby · 23/10/2019 22:39

I prefer Iris, but I'm not sure it sits quite right with Elizabeth.

Eleanorbellanor · 23/10/2019 22:34

Prefer jasmine

misspiggy19 · 23/10/2019 22:33

Yasmin
