The mag in magenta sounds like vag- potential for bullying there. Particularly if the kid is given to blushing.

Of the two, I'd probably go for Mahogany.

Hundredacrewoods · 16/10/2019 19:22

Magdalena?

Apolloanddaphne · 16/10/2019 19:22

If you are seriously thinking about them as names then I would go Magenta as I love the colour and I love Rocky Horror Show.

Babysharkdoodoodood · 16/10/2019 19:21

Ugh!

What about Minerva?

Drabarni · 16/10/2019 19:21

2/10 not very original Grin

RueCambon · 16/10/2019 19:20

FawnDrench · 16/10/2019 19:20

RueCambon · 16/10/2019 19:19

Awfull

Lweji · 16/10/2019 19:18

It's not exotic, whatever you mean by that.
And it's probably not unique either.

Do you really want a child named after a colour or wood/tree?

meow1989 · 16/10/2019 19:16

Of the two, Magenta... but neither personally.

reginafelangee · 16/10/2019 19:16

Just don't.

BrutusMcDogface · 16/10/2019 19:16

Magenta is a prettier word than mahogany- ma- HOG - any.

Though- are you serious?!

Magenta if you're a RHPS fan.

Apolloanddaphne · 16/10/2019 19:14

I though this was a thread about home decoration! I like the colour magenta. Not keen on mahogany furniture though, it really shows the dust.

HeadintheiClouds · 16/10/2019 19:12

Give over.

cheezy · 16/10/2019 19:10

Neither. How about puce?
