Magenta- very Rocky Horror Picture Show.

SilverySurfer · 17/10/2019 20:17

Neither but Mahogany is really ghastly.

IsabelleSE19 · 17/10/2019 17:54

I know I'm not the first, but… Balonz

Charley50 · 17/10/2019 17:49

Neither. But Magenta if you must.

MikeUniformMike · 17/10/2019 17:36

Why can't parents choose normal names for their kids, I judge because it's not the parents who get bullied.

The parents probably have very boring names. Like Bob and Paula or something.

iklboo · 17/10/2019 17:11

What about Magneto? Very attractive name.

Drabarni · 17/10/2019 16:56

Could you imagine Hoggy Pig Pig Grin

Got to be a wind up.

Magenta always puts me in mind of the Rocky Horror character.

Mahogany = thick as two short planks.

MikeUniformMike · 17/10/2019 12:37

Wenge

Ninkaninus · 17/10/2019 09:52

Yes, quite clearly a joke post. As are half the answers...

Jessbow · 17/10/2019 09:50

Both are brilliant if you can live with the nickname ''Madge''

Thats not something i'd want to saddle a child with

Morado · 17/10/2019 08:11

Fuschia is much nicer Grin

PandasMum · 17/10/2019 07:05

Clearly a ‘joke’ post

VerbenaGirl · 16/10/2019 21:50

Magenta. Although I think it our house it would get shortened to Madge though - and I’m not so keen on that. Mahogany is just too ‘wood’ for me.

NoCauseRebel · 16/10/2019 21:49

Assuming these are dining tables we’re talking about I would say solid oak.... ;)

Beamur · 16/10/2019 21:49

I'd rather be Magenta than Kim (sorry to all the Kims out there!)

8by8 · 16/10/2019 21:46

Neither are names.

Magenta Devine was a stage name - she was born kim Taylor.

JenniferM1989 · 16/10/2019 21:45

What about solid oak, pine or beech? Or satin white, magnolia or sunset yellow?

Ninkaninus · 16/10/2019 21:37

Asbo is lovely for a girl, though!

Lweji · 16/10/2019 21:28

Asbestos is pretty no?

Not for a girl.

Beamur · 16/10/2019 21:21

Magenta Devine.
Very cool.
Magenta Smith.
Maybe slightly less so..

Mahogany. Just no.

pooopypants · 16/10/2019 21:16

Dude...... just why!?!?

StanleySteamer · 16/10/2019 21:03

Is your daughter of colour? If so, then Mahogany, or Dark-Oak or Ebony, make perfect sense. Black and proud of it!
Magenta, does she have red hair, like Scarlett, or quite simply Red! Very sexy, though should not be thinking of that at such a young or indeed at any age, God how nonPC of me!
Have taught many children with off-the-wall names, was always wating for some dumb clutz to name their child Klamydia! Or Aloepecia, yes, with the mispelling.
Once taught a girl called Angel Strong. Fantastic pair of names, she was brilliant at designing and making mens clothes, she has promised to make me a suit once she gets famous. At least she will not have to change her name to have a good name for her fashion house!

Drogosnextwife · 16/10/2019 21:01

Eh, no.

ItsJustTheOneSwanActually · 16/10/2019 20:59

'Flock' ?

snigger
