Our eldest dd is an Elsie, we are due 2nd dd in Feb. I really like the name Eliza, but not sure if it's too much like Elsie??

Of course they’re too similar- they’re both variants of Elizabeth.

It would be like calling two sons Jack and John.

Definitely far too similar. Sounds wise and both are short forms of Elizabeth.
