We almost picked Lilah for our daughter (lie-lah). I love that spelling, especially with the H. But by not having the y it can open up some issues with miss pronoucition so not sure...

I prefer Lilah and I've never heard it pronounced any way except Lye-lah. I don't mind Lyla spelling though. The Lyla in the extended royal family is Lyla Gilman

I don't think it matters what it looks like written down. She doesn't want to be correcting pronunciation all her life.

The one I know is Lylah. I think I prefer Lilah or Lila, though.

I personally would read Lilah as Lee-lah.

My friend recently had a little girl and named her Lylah which I think looks nicest!

Lilah looks nicer imo

I love this name and would pronounce it Lie-la. Pronounced Lee-la it is the German word for purple.

The Leila I know (German origins) pronounces it Lie-La.

I have one! We spent it Lila... so everyone who reads her name before hearing it calls her Lilla Confused
