Ralph is just hideous, however it's pronounced.

Monty is silly.

The rest are perfectly fine.

Love Zachary, not keen on Monty and would worry about the name being associated with Uncle Monty from Withnail and I. Like Seth a lot too.

I don’t like Ralph only because I read a book by Judy bloom years ago and the boy nicknamed his tackle Ralph lol lol

Another one thinking of the Ralph - Forever by Judy Blume connection.
Seth is more of a sound.
Monty is a cats name.
But then I like weird names so I wouldn't recommend listening to me...

Monty - don't like

Zachary - don't like. But I'm biased as I lost my virginity to Zachary and he was a shit.

Ralph - did name
Joseph - will end up being called joe
Benjamin - makes me think of the colour brown. No idea why. Otherwise nice.
Seth - horrible horrible god in Egyptian mythology also see cold comfort farm.
Henry - can’t fault.
Monty - bit camp (but I love it, assuming you are using Montgomery, I knew a Mont growing up, suited him well).
Zachary - bogan name.

Monty is a bit horsey and a Ralph is a bit Hmm (reminds me of Wilf or Bert) but the others are all nice.

I’ve always liked Ben as a name.
