Just that really- middle name will probably be Elisabeth after her grandma but am not too bothered about which ‘flows’ better as her middle name will he used so rarely Grin

I have a Bonnie, and we do get a few people telling us that their Nan had a dog called Bonnie..... But they were usually quite good dogs, and they have happy memories, do not the worst association for people to make. Smile

The other advantages are that it is easy to spell and it is easily recognised but not wildly popular. Margot is very pretty too.

Bonnie is gorgeous. I can’t stand Margot

Bonnie
I prefer margaret to margot. Im not a fan of margot to be honest.

Bonnie sounds like a Labrador.

Margot is OK, but I can’t get the image of Penelope Keith out of my mind. Perhaps my age is showing....

Bonnie

I dot like Margot, especially pronounced Mar-gott.

Margot goes better with Elizabeth. Also Margot is a more 'full' name whereas Bonnie sounds more like a nickname for something else.
I do love Bonnie though, it's different, it's fun, it sounds vintage but is a name people are suddenly using again. What about Bronwyn, Bonita, Bernadette? With nickname Bonnie?

Margot.

My husband loved Bonnie when I was pregnant but it reminded me of the dog from Blue Peter when I was growing up! We went with Audrey, but if we have another girl in the future Margot would definitely be on my list
