I’m in Scotland, if that makes any difference.

I don't like Sebastian. Seb makes me think of Sebum.

MrsBungle · 13/09/2019 16:38

Torin is lovely. I’m not keen on Sebastian. I find it quite ‘wet’

Frouby · 13/09/2019 16:35

I have a Sebastian. It's an awesome name, though he is a bit naughty like a pp said. Only ever met 1 other, he was naughty too.

But I love Torin as well.

AverageMummy · 11/09/2019 18:02

Both are lovely although very different
I think I’d vote Sebastian

Sophronia · 10/09/2019 01:12

Torin

inboxmayhem · 08/09/2019 20:21

Torin. Awesome name

Lavenderblues · 08/09/2019 20:20

Torin is a cool name! It won't need shortening but if it does, it'll be Tor.

I don't like Sebastian and dislike Sebbie, Seb, Bastie.

TempsPerdu · 08/09/2019 20:16

Another vote for Torin - lovely and much more unusual than Sebastian.

MissHenty · 08/09/2019 08:50

Torin will become “Tori”, depends on your voting preferences I suppose but I’d HATE that 🤣

Also sounds too similar to “Torid”

MissHenty · 08/09/2019 08:49

Seb- gorgeous

Clettercletterthatsbetter · 08/09/2019 08:28

Torin

tommycockles · 08/09/2019 08:09

All the Sebastians I know are naughty.

Peachbubble · 08/09/2019 07:40

I vote for Torin

ABitOTT · 08/09/2019 07:14

Another vote for Torin although I love the name Sebastian too

CampfireZen · 08/09/2019 06:46

Ooh, I like Torin very much Smile

CakeRattleandRoll · 08/09/2019 05:58

Love Torin.

Shadow1234 · 08/09/2019 05:12

Torin

30not13 · 08/09/2019 00:14

I know a Toran in Scotland

Lavenderblues · 07/09/2019 22:47

Torin sounds strong and is easy to say!

Lavenderblues · 07/09/2019 22:46

Sebastian is nice but the problem is that it's quite long. And the short forms are awful - Seb, Sebbie, Bas, Basty?! So soft and weak.

MissHenty · 07/09/2019 22:06

Sebastian is a gorgeous name

4storytoy · 07/09/2019 21:38

Google says the meaning is ‘chief’ or ‘from the craggy hills’.

Torin sounds great. Do you know the meaning OP?
Will sound especially nice with the soft Scottish rrrrrs

bigmap · 07/09/2019 21:32

I've never heard the name Torin before but I think it's fantastic. Sebastian is nice but only in its entirety, all the shortened versions are awful

Lavenderblues · 07/09/2019 21:23

Torin

Sebastian is ok but quite long. I'm not keen on Seb
