I have a niece called Francesca. We always thought her name would get shortened but it hasn't as of yet.....she's still Francesca. Lovely name.

Francesca. Caitlin is an Irish-American mispronunciation of an Irish name which isn’t pronounced at all like ‘Kate-Lynn’.

Another vote for Francesca Alice! I have a couple of friends called Francesca. One of them shortens to 'Chesca' which really suits her and I think is nice! The other is always Francesca Smile all Lovely names though xx

Caitlin Iris. Agree that Francesca always ends up as "Fran" or "Franny" which doesn't exactly sound elegant.
