I think there was a spate of women on reality shows called Saskia and similar, all 'glamour models' which may explain the negative connotation. Ive always liked it though

Love it. She's a character in one of my DS's books and I love it every time I read it. It works well for a baby / little girl / adult woman.

Consider Sacha and Ingrid as well, in a similar vein.
