Settled on the name Darcie for a girl.

I quite like Darcie-Ella

Can anyone suggest anymore middle names?

Darcey-Ella (with the hyphen) looks a bit common (the hyphen really ruins it) and it does run into one name ... it would be pronounced like Daricella

katesalwayslate · 29/08/2019 04:51

Darcie June is cute - no hyphen whatever the name!

My daughter is Darcy Anne Louise

Love Darcie but prefer the ‘Darcey’ spelling. Agree with a PP that Darcie Ella rolls into one name ‘darciella’ which isn’t good OP!! Lots of other lovely suggestions have been made on this thread though. Xx

I don’t like Darcie-Ella together, especially if it’s a hyphenated first name. It instantly reminded me of varicella (chicken pox).

Names I think work with Darcie...

Darcie Lois
Darcie Eve
Darcie Margaret
Darcie Vivienne
Darcie Harriet
Darcie Pearl
Darcie Charlotte
Darcie Helen

Because Darcie is quite ‘now’, I think I’d pair it with something more classic.

OooErMissus · 22/08/2019 16:27

Doesn't have to have a hyphen just liked the middle name Ella with a hyphen.

OK, but then it's not a middle name, it's part of the first name and not a good look.

Darcie- lee

daisypond · 22/08/2019 13:11

If it’s hyphenated, it’s just one name, no middle name. I’d turn them round, have Ella Darcie.

Abouttoblow · 22/08/2019 12:19

Surely if you hyphenate it it's not a middle name?

nzs2019 · 22/08/2019 12:17

Also should have been clearer I'm not keen on common middle names such as May and Rose!

P.S. do people seriously need Rose, May and Grace suggested to them?! Confused

These - surely - go without saying. Default, filler, mindless, middle names.

OooErMissus · 22/08/2019 00:29

I quite like Darcie-Ella

Why do you have a hyphen between the first and middle names?

Heh1991 · 22/08/2019 00:20

Darcie Rose
Darcie May
Darcie Louise
Darcie Grace
Darcie Eloise

maryberryslayers · 22/08/2019 00:18
