Congratulations! I hope you get chance to enjoy your pregnancy with everything that’s going on 💕

I think a nice way to link twin names is with a prominent sound that isn’t the initial for both, so they have similarities without being too samey..

.e.g.
Violet & Ivy
Margot & Grace
Dorothy & Eden
Eleanor & Lily

Or through meaning..

.e.g.
Elara & Larissa (both moons)
Eira & Neve (both mean snow)
Verity & Blythe (both virtue names)

Hope all goes well with your pregnancy and delivery x

Your shortlist so far:
Hazel - like it. Don't know any children with this name (bonus?)
Sasha - I know 2 female Sashas. Think it's only make if spelled Sacha.
Etta / Ettie / Effie - Love Etta and Effie. Less keen on Ettie (it's a nn?)
Saskia (Sassie) - Love Saskia. Wouldn't shorted to Sassie
Ivy - Love it. Don't think it's faddy.
Kitty - don't like it, it just makes me think of a cat. I do like Katherine.
Nancy - don't like it
Polly - quite cute
Adelaide - quite like it
Luna - quite like it
Natasha - love it

As pairs, I love -
Natasha and Saskia
Ivy and Etta
Sasha and Effie

Quite a lot of the girl twins I know do have either very rhymey/matching names or have names from a particular culture/country. But the ones I know that might fit your taste are:
Emily and Harriet
Scarlett and Isabella
Beatrice and Hester
Imogen and Laura
Imogen and Nicola

Your daughters must be called Erica and Martina.

BikeRunSki · 11/08/2019 13:38

Lucy and Alice is a good pair. I know two sets of twins with these names!

Ellmau · 11/08/2019 09:22

Polly is a diminutive of Margaret

Molly is short for Margaret.

No - Polly and Molly are both pet names for Mary, not Margaret. (And both seem to have become names in their own right now, so if OP likes one of them go ahead. (Not both together though.)

I thought Kitty was a form of Katherine and Kathleen.
