If you had a daughter tomorrow, what would you name her?

So I found out today at 20 week scan it’s a GIRL! First baby but I have 4 brothers and DH has 2 (boys seem to run in family), skull and nub theory suggested boy and the wedding ring thing swung in circles. So I just assumed it was a boy stupidly. Anyway I’m over the moon of course but I have no idea whatsoever of names. I found girl names really hard. We had the boy name picked out so now I’m stuck.

I really love the name Everly Blush but realise it’s not MN approved so really want to hear your favourite names.

TIA

Angeline.

OP, it doesn’t matter what my favourite is or what anyone else’s favourite is. We can use our favourite names for our own babies. This is your baby and MN isn’t the whole world and you must choose the name you love regardless of MN opinions. You’ll regret it long term.

Rhea Wednesday.

I appreciate that's a bit out there. DH has had the snip so I'm not likely to find myself pregnant any time soon so I can call any hypothetical future daughters whatever I like. Grin

@crispypenguin Do you watch that YouTube channel with Everley the baby? Just wondering if that’s where you got the idea from. Back on topic, similar sounding names could be Emily or Amelie as I don’t think Everley is that great. However, you should just call her whatever you want. Good luck 👍

Chuffed to see my eldest’s name mentioned (Constance). A few people said it was a granny name when she was born 26 years ago.
Which it was a bit, but there were some very eminent Constances in the Victorian era, plus that one in Lace who went knickerless in a French Count’s wine cellar and had a goldfish put up her foof (separate occasions I think)
I could be making the last bit up. It’s 30 years since I read it.

I love Margot too. The Margot hating people upthread can do one Wink
