DC2 due in 2 weeks and we cannot agree on a name. It’s a boy - we already have a DD Freya.

Thoughts on Flynn? He’d probably be Flynn Patrick.

It's OK but don't do as some parents I know and spell it Flyn.
Not only does it look like a spelling mistake but the poor kid's in for a lifetime of saying 'no, just one N.'

I'm not keen on it. I think it's the Fl... bit. Nothing good starts with Fl... Flab, Flint, Flubber, Flibbertigibbet, Flabbergasted etc.

I love the name Flynn. I don't know how it's a 'wet' sounding name. I never understand that comparison 🤷‍♀️

Thanks @sneakypinky - I do really like it too I just don’t know if it’s a bit nick namey?! Don’t think I’d want Tobias on birth certificate either. Going round in circles tbh!

Thanks all. I’m clutching at straws as feel we’ve been through every single name and still can’t agree!

@fatkins I love Fionn too but we can’t use it due to close friends having one.

The only other name we semi agree on is Toby but I’m not convinced. Find boys names so hard!

Hm. It’s a bit casual hippy next to Freya. Also both begin with F, which I don’t like for siblings.

Floyd? Flynn is ok but with so many Finns and Finlays around it could be a bit of a pain.
