Beatrix. It is more quirky and bright.

MazDazzle · 22/07/2019 00:15

Genevieve! I’ve always loved the name.

M0RVEN · 22/07/2019 00:09

Genevieve.

Beatrice is lovely pronounced the way the French do. But most British people say Beat - rix, which I think is ugly.

username1724 · 22/07/2019 00:07

Genevieve definitely

powershowerforanhour · 22/07/2019 00:06

Theres an old film called Genevieve (1950s film about a car race)

I'll show them how to play the plumpet!!

Definitely Genevieve.

Astronica · 22/07/2019 00:03

I love both so this is a tough one. Does one sound better with the surname?

TheRLodger · 21/07/2019 23:42

Genevieve is much nicer
I’m not keen on Beatrix at all but love Beatrice.

Sophronia · 21/07/2019 23:35

I like both but prefer Genevieve

CloserIAm2Fine · 21/07/2019 18:48

Beatrix (although I prefer Beatrice)

KronksSpinachPuffs · 21/07/2019 18:44

I dont like beatrix, it's not to my taste at all.

I love Genevieve! Theres an old film called Genevieve (1950s film about a car race) and I used to watch it with my grandma a lot when I was little so I associate it with really happy memories)

Not a fan of either, too old sounding imo.

Both lovely names.
Beatrice quite popular round my way, but few Beatrix.
Cool NN for both too.

MotherofaCat · 21/07/2019 15:36
