Is this too unusual . . . ?

Hi everyone - would love your opinions on our boys name shortlist (I'm only 16 weeks but naturally very excited!)

We both really like Griff . . . and then we doubt ourselves. Neither of us are Welsh, we just really love the name, but I know our friends and family will go "eh . . . ?" (although they'll be polite of course!)

Our other contender is Jesse.

What do you all think?

Im not Welsh either, so Griff sounds like a nickname to me (Griffin)
But I like it a lot more than Jesse

What about Nate (Nathaniel)

It if you both like it use Griff! (I’d use Griffin on BC though)
