What sounds better for a middle name? Any ideas too?

So my partner and I have a few name options. We're sticking with the first name (and obviously the last name) But it's the middle name we're stuck on.

Our ideas so far:

Leo Ralph Gray
Leo James Gray
Leo Jay Gray
Leo Jace Gray

Any other ideas? :)

Ralph or James
Not Jace - it's ugly
Not Jay - it rhymes with Gray

If Gray is the father's family surname, how about a middle name from the mother's side of the family?

Ralph definitely. I don't think the others sound right.
