What is Isabella's brother called?

Posting on behalf of a friend (with her permission)
They're 36 weeks and settled on Isabella for a girl, if that gives a flavour for what sort of thing they like.
They have a short list for boys, they're all in the right vein but not quite perfect... I suggested that the great MN hive mind might have some ideas along similar lines?

Their current short list is:

It won't be Isabella's brother, though will it. Isabella is the alternative name Your title is quite misleading or am I being daft..
Out their short list I like.
