Need a middle name for baby Noah

Hey everyone.

I need a middle name for baby Noah. His father wants it to be his first name which is Rogelio but I don't like it. The only names I can think of so far are: amir, and zeke and Ezekiel; and of course he doesn't like any of those. I really want to pick the middle name at least since he picked the first name for both our boys and I picked our other son's middle name. What do you guys think? Any suggestions?

Thank you all for the replies, suggestions and laughs. Noah fence lol. Since my DP has shown me the courtesy, I will too in choosing something we are at least ok with. Unfortunately it's a big NO for him of all the suggestions you guys have listed. Thanks anyway. Although I did really like Noah Cole; by far my favorite suggestion. I'll probably just have him choose from my initial top choices because I'm so indecisive and can't choose between them and I don't want him to be without a middle name. It would feel like his name is unfinished.

Asa is much better than Noah

I agree.

CrackersDontMatter · 10/06/2019 14:20

I’ve got a Noah and his middle name is Zachary. There’s lots if lovely suggestions here. I do like Rogelio though but also agree that you should get a name you love too. Asa/Ace is great too.

FizzyGreenWater · 10/06/2019 14:12

Asa is much better than Noah, the more I think about it you should just say, my choice first name this time, Asa Rogelio.

FizzyGreenWater · 10/06/2019 14:11

Really what you should be doing is choosing the first name. Asa Rogelio is fab. Go with that.

If he's picking Noah and that is that, then you get to choose the middle name.

You choose

You just tell him what you've chosen. He's basically picked both the names your sons are known as, he has NO input here.

So choose which one you like best out of Asa, Ezekiel, Amir or Zeke and tell him.

If he won't agree then you say right, then we swap this time and I choose the first name and you have Rogelio as a middle.

The end!

If you like Ace, I'd suggest Acelin.

.I'll have to run these by DP later

Not if it's your choice for the middle name, you won't.

cds5163 · 06/06/2019 03:46

I’m not sure Mason and Noah go particularly well together. And I’d only go for one biblical reference at a time.
