Looking for a name for DS, not too long to go and we're stuck! Already have a DD with a not-too-common-but-not-made-up Scottish girls name so want something similar. Help me out!

Where we are in Scotland (or where family is) there are a tonne of Alistairs, Alexanders, Hamish and Anaes/Inaes (spelling?). Also Xander.

I think Hamish is Scottish. As far as I'm aware it's an Anglicised version of Seumas which means James. The aspirated Gaelic name sounds like Hamish to English ears.
