This is the ONS web link to all registered baby (girl) names in England and Wales for the last however many years. I'm not a fan generally of criticising other people's choices but some of these are - er - surprising!

e.g: Victory - appeared 4 times in 2016
Unique - 5 in 2013
Strawberry - 3 in 2012
Sin - 4 in 2007
Zvikomborero - none at all except 4 in 2012 - why?
(this one is weird): Tilly- yes that's Tilly hypen. Not just Tilly, not Tilly-something. Just Tilly-. 4 of them in 2007.

and my personal favourite: Bilge. 4 little Bilges born in 2012. I really hope that's a name that works well in a different language.

Tilly- and Strawberry are the only really weird ones, but I don’t think the others are crazy, and must be popular in other countries. That being said, naming your child Olive is perfectly acceptable so why can’t strawberry be?.

I quite like Victory Strawberry isn’t that bad either

Nothing weird about Victory.

I expect Tilly- is to have a hyphenated name but split it across the first and middle names.

I like strawberry.

I also have said zvikomborero several times and, assuming the z is silent, i really like it.

Well, I suspect several of those are perfectly acceptable names from other cultures so I'm not going to criticise them. But Strawberry is a bit of a strange one, I agree. As is Tilly- . I wonder if that's a registration error, if such things happen, because that is odd.
