Why are you writing the same thing again? And I don’t understand how a show you hate is such a big part of your life: I’ve never seen it & haven’t the foggiest who Khaleesi is & it features in 0% of my thoughts. Why are you keeping up to date & so invested in a programme you hate ??

Posted too soon. From what I can gather, OP hates herself for liking a TV show and is using plotlines in the show she 'hates' to mock those who openly like it. She seems to think everyone who likes the show will have named an infant after one of its main character's title.

I read the other thread but couldn't be bothered to post. The OP goes on and on repeatedly stating she thinks there's something wrong with people who watch a TV show she dislikes - then keeps saying that other posters are over invested when they respond telling her 'it's not real' and she doesn't have to watch it if she doesn't enjoy it.

Seriously weird.

Aww I wish I'd called him that, or even just 'The Hound'. I do have a snake called Drogon though, but the kids don't agree and call her Nagini AngryđŸ˜‚

Incidentally I have a cat named Arya Stark. She's tiny, mean and can (probably) kill a man.
I'm jealous Envy I wish I had a cat so I could copy this, but I had to get a stupid dog instead and he's no where near cool enough to name after a direwolf.

I wouldn’t have called a child after a GoT character, but it’s not fundamentally different from calling your dd Hermione - particularly if JK Rowling had turned her into a Death Eater in book 7.

  • It’s also the name of the stepfather of the son of God, but still...
