Georgia, Chloe or Abigail?

What would you say is the 'vibe' of each name and which do you prefer?

I like all three names. Probably slightly prefer Georgina to Georgia, but Georgia is still good.

I would say Chloe is my favourite overall. I know it was used a lot about 20/30 years ago, but it's still a very pretty classic name.

Georgia by far the nicest. Only ever known one irl
Chloe is a bit bland /dull for me and I have met so many over the years
Abigail just has a harsh sound to my ears, although I do like Abby.

The parents pronounced it 'jaw ja' and spelt it jorja. The girl still give me nightmares after all these years. Absolute little terror 😲🤯

I'm not sure about a character description for each one, but I love both Abigail and Georgia, while I find Chloe over-used and as a result a bit bland these days.

Flame me if you must but I've known kids with all three names and only the Abigails have been polite and well behaved . The others have been little terrors and some with families having social problems.

Abigail is Biblical so I suppose the most classic. I'm not mad on it, but it's the best of the three.

I don't much like the 'Chl' sound in Chloe, and it's dated, too.

I really don't like Georgia, it's a clunky feminine form of George that doesn't sound nice to me.

They’re all a bit 90s, but Abigail is more of a classic than the other two.

I teach and both the Abigails I know are very studious academic types.

Chloe is so common that it doesn't really have a "type".

Not come across any Georgias locally (NW).

Out of those 3 I prefer Chloe

I had initially wanted it for DC2 but DH really wasn't keen so we went with something else

We know two Chloes, both under 7- one has French parents so they pronounce the name with such a lovely accent

Georgia - either a horsey Sloane or Essex party girl
Chloe - likely to be arty and bright, otherwise more of a brash Z-list type with a fitness video
Abigail - intelligent, academic, kind, shy, pretty, willowy, good at tennis

I once worked in a nursery up north and 'jor-ja' was an absolute nightmare. We literally threw a party when she moved onto primary school.

Honestly I’m not wild about any of them, they’re all a bit 1990s Essex (I’ve never seen TOWIE but I knew lots of girls with these names growing up in the 90s in Essex). If I had to pick one then definitely Abigail.

Have to say Abigail (I may be slightly biased - definitely not shy or quiet though). Lots of nn options too, Abby, Abi, Abbie etc

Abiagail. The other names are now very 'common '. Abigail still sounds a bit 'upper' ( if that makes sense)
