I love it I was going to use it as dds middle name but her first name is quite long as is our surname so I went without a middle name in the end.

Love love love. I can’t use it now (have a DD with a name too similar) but it has been on our lists for each child. Feisty and fabulous!

It's one of the characters in the How to Train Your Dragon films. She is feisty and determined.

I love it, it's on my list for Dd2 but dd1 has a Scandinavian name also beginning with A so will probably go with something else. (it was also on shortlist for dd1!)

I really cannot imagine her being one of three in her nursery unless you live where pp lives! I only know of one baby named Astrid, and she's Norwegian. Its not totally unusual but no way would I say it is popular... It ranked somewhere in the 300s I think...

I love it! I have twin boys but if they had been girls they would have been Freya and Astrid.

And if one had been a girl I would have used Astrid.

It's one of my favourite girls names. 😄
