So, here it is, the fourth(!!!) Guessing Game baby names thread. Shock

All credit to @scotstar for creating the game, back in March 2018. Can't believe how far we've come!

Previous threads here:

2: www.mumsnet.com/Talk/baby_names/3207745-Guessing-game-II

3: www.mumsnet.com/Talk/baby_names/3262724-Guessing-game-III?pg=1â„´=

The game is simple. Guess the name the poster is describing, then it's your turn! Make the clues as fiendish as you like. Grin

All are welcome to join in! @FintyTin, @Ladywillpower, @LadyGAgain and @DuggeeHugs, come join! (Plus others I've forgotten)

Ellmau · 17/02/2020 19:52

LadyGAgain · 17/02/2020 18:29

This unisex name brings up seasonal connotations. He was a Hollywood great - as a headliner and an animation. Famous for comedy. She’s a Scandinavian singer. He’s the stuff of legends though the lines are a bit blurred.

LadyGAgain · 17/02/2020 18:29

Oooh I love Judge Judy. "If it walks like a duck..." I digress. New clue...

finallychangedmyusername · 17/02/2020 18:24

Ah, well played! As ever I am eagerly awaiting the next clue/name!

OP posts:
Ladywillpower · 17/02/2020 07:43

Well done & spot on analysis LadyGAgain!
The Judy on the bench is "Judge Judy".
Over to you

LadyGAgain · 17/02/2020 07:37

Might it relate to Judith Chalmers who presented the Holiday programme? Punch and Judy and Richard and Judy.

finallychangedmyusername · 17/02/2020 06:19

I think you're right with Judy @LadyGAgain! But I don't understand the "travelled the world" clue... ConfusedSmile

OP posts:
LadyGAgain · 17/02/2020 02:21

Ah Judith/Judy?

LadyGAgain · 17/02/2020 02:20

Judy?

Ladywillpower · 17/02/2020 00:39

Not Lorraine.
At the seaside & on the settee I am one of a married couple.

Ellmau · 16/02/2020 23:07

Lorraine?

Ladywillpower · 16/02/2020 18:10

Not Misty/Michelle.
The settee / bench clue relates to daytime tv.

Ladywillpower · 15/02/2020 11:25

Not Rainier. It's a female name!

finallychangedmyusername · 15/02/2020 09:26

Racking my brains.... Rainier?

OP posts:
LadyGAgain · 13/02/2020 22:40

Ooooh this is a gooood clue. My brain is already into overdrive!!!

Ladywillpower · 13/02/2020 13:16

I felt a bit of a fraud eventually getting the last clue.
Here goes anyway
I have travelled the world but my shortened form does not like the British seaside. I am equally at home on a settee or a bench.

finallychangedmyusername · 11/02/2020 15:19

Yep, Vita!

Vita meaning vitality, a possible nickname for Victoria and Vita Sackville-West (lover of Virginia Woolf).

Here's the baton! Grin
