37 weeks pregnant with baby no3... we don’t know if it’s a boy or girl. All sorted with boys name but can’t decide between Luna or Nancy for a girl... any thoughts?!

OP posts:

I also know a dog called Luna I’m afraid.

Love Nancy though.

Nancy, it's a good strong name. Luna is a mad choice.

Tillygetsit · 02/05/2019 00:29

I love the name Nancy. Feminine and feisty! Luna's a bit drippy.

RavenLG · 02/05/2019 00:18

If you’re happy with the Harry Potter references then Luna is fine. I do like Nancy though.

Luna

Definitely Luna!

MollyYouInDangerGirl · 01/05/2019 23:40

Luna! I've seen Nancy on here a lot recently and I just dont understand it. It's just a truly awful name and I really dont understand what it is people like about it!? (Sorry I know that sounds so rude but I do love Luna!)

FlyingMonkeys · 01/05/2019 23:39

I know 3 dogs called Luna - seems a bit of a current trend

Redact · 01/05/2019 23:35

I loved Luna as a name until a colleague named their dog Luna. I'd probably use it despite this mind you

Nnnnnineteen · 01/05/2019 23:29

Definitely Nancy.

Youngandfree · 01/05/2019 23:23

Luna is lovely!! but I just wanted to add in Runa (Roo-na) it’s Norwegian and I just love it! Or Nola 💕

TatianaLarina · 01/05/2019 23:22

Nancy by miles. Luna’s ok but it’s a bit wet - better for a cat.

BackforGood · 01/05/2019 23:20

Not really keen on either, but dislike Luna more than Nancy.

Still18atheart · 01/05/2019 23:17

Luna although know a couple of Nancys and the name has grown on me over time

PlatypusLeague · 01/05/2019 23:16

Luna

BummyKnocker · 01/05/2019 23:16

Nancy, timeless.

Chocmallows · 01/05/2019 23:14

I equally love both these names. Would go together well too (one as m name).

aibutohavethisusername · 01/05/2019 23:12

Luna

ContessaIsOnADietDammit · 01/05/2019 23:07

My first thought was that you could combine them and get Lunacy... but that's not terribly helpful I know! Grin

I prefer Luna of the two Smile
