Marina thoughts?

Do you like the name? OH is desperate to use it and I'm unsure. I overthink and worry about everything little thing - so I am a panickier when it comes to names. Siblings Samuel and Alastair. Thank you

I associate this name with two things: the uterine contraceptive device (Mirena) and a Marina with boats.

It's quite a fresh, outdoorsy sounding name. It's not too uncommon for it to be strange, and people would know how to spell and pronounce it.

For me my associations just put me off.

I love it. Our family is Italian on my mother's side and we have a very beautiful and elegant Marina, mum's cousin.
