I agree with other posters, I’d think you’d misspelled Aine. Which is a terrific name btw Wink

anewdispensation · 28/04/2019 23:59

Aina is an old African name- western Nigerian specifically. Quite common amongst older ladies from the Yoruba speaking tribe

herbafresca · 28/04/2019 23:57

No. Unfinished Anus.

Iona or Anya or Enya all lovely tho

grincheux · 28/04/2019 23:55

As in rhymes with vagina? Probably not... It sounds like it's short for something.

This is somthins really unqiue. I really liked the name.

Bumblebeesmum · 26/04/2019 23:21

It made me think anus immediately but probably because I was pronouncing it wrong in my head (Ay-nuh)

bridgetreilly · 26/04/2019 22:14

If I saw 'Aina' I'd assume it was pronounced ay-na.

If you want to call her Ina, why not just call her Ina? It's a perfectly good name.
