Yes Betsy is cute, Elizabeth is not.
Betsy is fine as a name in it's own right.

Betsy. I don't think you need Elizabeth on the birth cert at all, Betsy is lovely as a stand alone name.

Ellie is horrific. Please don't use this!

Ellie is far far too common. Trust me I've worked with children past 10 years. No way I would choose Ellie, Amelia or Grace.

Betsy is cute but I much prefer Elizabeth.

I really don’t want to use Elizabeth as her name would be Betsy which is what I like rather than Elizabeth !

I like Betsy but I would want Elizabeth as a proper name on the birth certificate. Ellie is a bit bland. It was nice once but is now a bit dated perhaps. I know loads in their early 20s. I’d probably go for Betsy.

Both a bit too cutesy for me but I'd go for Betsy as there are so many Ellies and Ellas ages from babies to 30s. It's been done to death.

Sorry Betsy is taken, she's Elizabeth on her birth certificate so she can be whatever when she grows up.
