Reuben is lovely and Euan is ok. I used to have an FD whose surname was Carrick and spellcheck always changed it to carsick.

Reuben is the way to spell the name but you could spell it Ruben. Not keen.
Carrick seems a bit too unusual.

I like Carrick best. I'm not a fan of Reuben at all, though I do love Rufus and Rupert. Euan is okay.

Euan is my favourite boys name but I know about one million and two of them

Reuben is nice but seems to be quite "now".
