I'd pronounce Eliott and Elias as El-ee ot and El-ee-as.

I have a friend whose DS is called Elias and they’re forever encountering pronunciation issues. However, once people are told the correct way they normally get it right thereafter.

It’s not on your list but I quite like Elijah.

I would pronounce Elias as El-eye-as, I like it said like that, and it wouldn’t occur to me to pronounce it differently. If it is El-ee-as then I don’t like it at all!

Ellis, because of the pronunciation issues with the others (I would pronounce Elias as Ell-ee-as but it could also be Ell-eye-as).

Prefer Elijah to Elias and Eliah. My sons friend is Elijah and most people shorten his name to Eli as well.
