I like them both until arriving at a shortened version. For me Fliss is just too jolly hockey sticks sounding. Cece/Cici is lovely

Ooh I love them both but I think Cecily has the edge because it's a bit more underused. I also dislike the nickname Fliss.

Either. Both are lovely. If you pinned me down & forced me to choose I'd say Felicity, because I like the diminutive Fliss.

Felicity. It was the name of DS3 wife in a dream I had. She was really lovely. I felt quite sad when I woke up as DS3 was only about 9 and obviously far too young to have a wife. I'm hoping it was a prophecy Grin.
He's 20 and just hasn't met her yet.
