What do you think?
Too dated? Overused? Bland?

Or timeless classic, due a revival, classy, elegant?

I prefer the Sarah pronounciation and spelling to Sara.

My other option is Zara or perhaps even Lara....sense a theme going on!

Which do you prefer?

Thanks in advance

I like it and think it's a classic.

Also like Zara, but not Lara.

Love Lara and Zara is lovely too. Think they are nicer

Not a fan. I went to school with lots of them (I’m 30.)
Love Lara and Zara. They are gorgeous IMO.

My all-time favourite girl's name. I would definitely have used it for a DD (DH was totally on board too) but we only had boys. It might not be very popular at the moment but I don't think it sounds actively old-fashioned, in the way that something like Karen or Michelle might, because there was no one time when it was massively fashionable.

I love classic, timeless names and want to say I love Sarah- but I don't. I think where I live it was just too common years ago and every woman 35-40 around here is called Sarah/Sara.
I do really like Zara.

I love Sarah, a classic imho and definitely due a revival.
I may be biased though as I know a few Sarahs (in my 40s) and they are all fabulous, warm, funny women.
