I like Brodie but the only two i know are both females.

Cason is terrible. I'm not even sure how to pronounce it. Cay-son or
C-ass-on?

Is Cason even a name? Brodie is okay but I wouldn't go with either as I prefer classic names that won't date.

Broadly, Brodie is Scottish, Brody is Irish.

I’m fairly sure Brodie is the correct spelling. It’s OK, but it sounds very American which isn’t an issue if you’re American, of course.

Cason sounds made-up. The poor kid would be going through life saying “no, not Jason, Cason. No, not Mason either. C-a-s-o-n. Cason”.

Brodie is a traditional Scottish name. Not American, not faddy etc etc etc.

I like surname names. I think Carson is better than Cason though. Brodie better that Brody but getting very common.

I don't get the revulsion over surnames as first names. Brodie seems so inoffensive to me.

Brodie is ok but not my taste . Miles better than cason though

I love Brody, it's the top of my list of boys names! I prefer the "dy" spelling over the "die" spelling as well x
