I thought of this lovely girls name today so thought I would share as I've never heard it as a name or even suggested as a name.

It would also be a lovely middle name.

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

How strange. I came across this as a name for the first time today- there's a film out currently called Happy Death Day 2U and the main character is called Tree...

ReaganSomerset · 14/02/2019 18:44

Too much like three (particularly in an Irish accent).

Parthenope · 14/02/2019 18:39

I prefer Tree to George. Honestly.

simonisnotme · 14/02/2019 18:17

ridiculous

sagradafamiliar · 14/02/2019 18:08

Are you trunk?

CarolDanvers · 14/02/2019 17:33

There really seems to be some competitive taking the piss on the baby names board at the moment. Absolutely not!

SilverySurfer · 14/02/2019 17:28

I prefer twig or bush personally. I don't know what you're on OP, hope the trip was worth it.

Awwlookatmybabyspider · 14/02/2019 16:39

I quite like it. When kids are called Oak Meadow and Bramble ect. Why is Tree any worse. However I'd put a more formal name on the BC. Catrina or Teresa.

Sazquatch · 14/02/2019 16:30

I went to uni with a girl called Tree. I think her name was Tracy really. As far as I know she’s a super successful something or other in New York now.

Beetlewing · 14/02/2019 16:26

I like it.

bridgetreilly · 14/02/2019 15:36

"Be a tree"

It's so... inanimate. Stuck. Plodding. Why would you want it to be associated with your child?

Youmadorwhat · 14/02/2019 14:48

Oh dear lord DONT do it please!!

Peachbubble · 14/02/2019 14:47

Er no

MikeUniformMike · 14/02/2019 14:28

How about Twig, Log or Bark?

TheVanguardSix · 14/02/2019 14:09

Pull the other one. It’s got bells.

Dancinghorses36 · 14/02/2019 14:07

" Not to everyone's taste" Are you for real? That's because it's ridiculous, poor child if it grows up with that name

DoingMyBest2010 · 14/02/2019 13:56

Tree? with Peaches and Apple as sisters?

MikeUniformMike · 14/02/2019 13:50

How about Bush, Sapling, Shrub or Branch as alternatives?

Butterfly005 · 14/02/2019 13:23

I can see how it could be a beautiful name, OP.

JaneJeffer · 14/02/2019 13:15

S'up Sap?

zen1 · 14/02/2019 13:14

How about Sapling; Sap for short?

30birthdayholiday · 14/02/2019 13:12

Or maybe Ivy? It's got the Ee sound and short name, also nature themed

JaneJeffer · 14/02/2019 13:09
