Both very dated but Suzanne definitely better than Jaqueline. Prefer Susannah to Suzanne.

I'd go for Suzanne. Susie would be the usual diminutive but Jacqueline will get Jac or Jackie

Well, it's completely up to you.

Of the two you've suggested I'd go for Suzanne because you've spelled that one correctly
