I find boys names really difficult. I don't like anything too "unique" but all the sort of common ones I just don't love either .

Cooper , Fletcher and Spencer have came up in discussion and we both seem to like these . Any suggestions of something similar ?

Or any other suggestions of names you love that aren't so uncommon they're wierd lol

I really don't know to be honest ! I think they just stood out because we haven't heard them a million times over. The fact they're surnamey is just a coincidence !

I also like names like Jack, Adam, Ryan but we'd prefer to have something not overly common (if we can).

But at the same time I can't picture any names on a baby boy 😂 I think I'm so used to having girls that anything male just sounds strange to me when I picture a newborn

I know a Grainger and a Mitchell.

I hate them as first names, but other seem to like them.

What is it you like about those names?

How they sound with your surname? Surname as first name thing? Traditional occupation name thing? Something else?
