Mine were Elizabeth and Hilda. One is a great name that I'd use, the other not so much.

Mums mum - noone really knows ( probs not even her if you'd asked her when she was still with us !) she went by Agnes (aggie) but that wasn't her real name . I think it was Hattie .

What was with all that in that generation? No one seemed to be called by the name they were christened in Confused
