This will be a sibling to Zachary and Nicholas. Which sounds better? Leon or Arthur?

Arthur and blends nicely with your other two.

Lucylou56 · 23/01/2019 17:05

Like both names but think Arthur would go better with siblings names

Merlin27 · 21/01/2019 17:32

Arthur is nice but think Leon is much better. Thinking of all ages I think Leon sounds more stylish. I kinda like Lenard (I’m maybe spelling that wrong) too just to throw that in there ;)

chocolatecake08 · 21/01/2019 17:24

Arthur

Icklepup · 21/01/2019 17:23

Leon or Leonardo :)

Sugarpiehoneyeye · 20/01/2019 13:17

Leon.

starkid · 20/01/2019 09:46

Arthur!

E20mom · 19/01/2019 23:11

I prefer Arthur but Leon goes better with the other names.

GlitterPixie · 19/01/2019 23:07

Leon or Leo is nicer imo

Arthur is currently top of our list for baby due in July. It seems to have bypassed our area for popularity as I only know of one and he lives 30miles away. Here it's all Jax/Jaxxons and Masons and Kais and Rileys.

Narya · 19/01/2019 22:27

They are both nice but there's loads of baby Arthurs around at the moment so if popularity of a name bothers you then definitely go for Leon

Ngaio2 · 19/01/2019 22:25

Leon, definitely. Arthur is becoming too common and it has a fusty old fashioned feel, and I’m someone who likes classic names. Arthur got more or less forgotten after the early Middle Ages and was revived by the Victorians when the Arthurian legend was popularised, along with Lancelot etc.

Jiggins · 19/01/2019 16:16

Leon has a nice international vibe.

Arthur is the name of a dusty old man in a dusty old mac (and the legions of mini Arthurs that are around these days)

Schmoobarb · 19/01/2019 15:40

Leon. Arthur is ghastly IMO no idea why it got so popular

MumUnderTheMoon · 19/01/2019 09:38

Probably Leon as it's a little more rarely used

Butterfly84 · 18/01/2019 23:21

Leon 100%.

Leon is a strong, lovely name.
Arthur is a weak, wet name.

Picknickers · 18/01/2019 23:18

Leon. So bored of Arthur...3 in baby swim group we go to.

MarchInHappiness · 18/01/2019 23:06

Leon definitely.

So over all the Arthurs I am hearing now.

kaytee87 · 18/01/2019 23:00

Leon

Hopeandglory3 · 18/01/2019 22:13

Arthur

Brook1yn · 18/01/2019 22:01

I adore the name Arthur but I think Leon sounds better with the other names.

donquixotedelamancha · 18/01/2019 21:59

Arthur, by a mile.
