What are the most common names in the baby / toddler groups currentyl?

Oddly, people seem to be more imaginative with their boys names than girls here (usually it's the other way round).

Think it depends a lot where you live. My ds name is a top 10 and has been listed here by a few people but we've still never met another. We have done a lot of groups, no others in his nursery group and he's the only 1 in my MN antenatal bus of over 100.

I know 3 Reubens and a few Evies and Ivys.

Both my DC's names are on here. I'm surprised there's been so little change as my eldest is nearly 10 now and the name was top 10 when she was born!

A name I think is quite unusual but seems popular near me is Etta. I've met a few at local baby and toddler groups.

The Mauds are 4 and 3. A Royal Maud also exists around same age as Prince George I think?
Edie/ Edith doesn’t seem rare to me I hear it quite a bit.
Margot is definitely not rare around here.
Btw my own DD has a name in the 200’s but you will know it and I bet you have met one. She is one of 2 at her nursery. I think names are very area dependent. I have never met a Nevaeh socially or where I live but certainly have through work!
Maybe the OP should say area she lives to get more relevant advice?
But Theo is popular everywhere and all demographics from what I can tell.

OP no offence but to answer your question accurately you really need to look at the ONS data for 2017. Whatever people say on here isn't really a true reflection of what is popular, just a vague indication at best.

Lots of Harry's and Amelia's near me. We are obviously a bit behind the times.

Dd has a Jennifer in her class which I think is a lovely name and hope it makes a comeback.

We've met a few Harriets and loads of Ivys OP. No Margots though.

No Elliots but plenty of Theos and Finleys. Harry was popular here when my 6yo was a baby but less so with my younger ones.

We generally have a lot of Theo, Oscar, "belle" names and Aria.

I’ve only met one Elliot but a few pregnant friends have it on their lists so that could be popular this year. Never met a Margot but noticed it’s very popular on here.
I know a couple Harrys in primary school but no babies/toddlers.
