Wilf or Albie?

Baby is due at the end of Feb and we don't know the sex.
I thought we'd settled on Wilfred for a boy (known as Wilf). But we've decided we also quite like Albert (known as Albie).
Is Albie too much along the lines of Archie/Alfie etc? Which one is nicer?

Albie is awful.

I second wolf! Grin

Personally neither are for me, just seem too much of the old man name trend, however, if you love them keep both on your mind and then decide when baby comes out. With all of ours we always had a couple of names in mind but waited to see what they looked like and what felt right once they were here before properly deciding.

I love Wilf!

Of the two, Albie but that’s only because Wilf is so awful.

Srilli · 13/12/2018 13:27

Neither. Both are too popular and faddy

Neither

Oops!

Wolf. To me albie is for an albino rabbit.

I prefer Albie. I think Wilf/Wilfred is bloody awful but it does seem to be rising in the trendy stakes.
