Wilf or Albie?

Baby is due at the end of Feb and we don't know the sex.
I thought we'd settled on Wilfred for a boy (known as Wilf). But we've decided we also quite like Albert (known as Albie).
Is Albie too much along the lines of Archie/Alfie etc? Which one is nicer?

Isn't Albie usually an abbreviation for Albert? Personally prefer Wilfred.

I really don’t like Albie (though I know lots do!) so I’d say Wilf

Wilf sounds like a woolf or a worid 'wilfully'.
Don't like boys names that ends with "ie".

I prefer Wilfred, which gives you Wilf/Fred/Freddie as nns.
