Good choice OP. Sounds lovely.

Thanks everyone if it's a girl think we are going with Sienna Rose

Would you have May as the first name? That's by far my preferred name out of the three.

allthegoodusernameshavegone · 19/11/2018 19:09

Isla or May not together

ChaosMoon · 19/11/2018 19:08

Sienna is gorgeous. I'm afraid I agree with PPs about May, but there are lots of other lovely suggestions here.

IVflytrap · 19/11/2018 10:34

I would go with Sienna. Both names are very popular where I am, but Isla is probably more common.

Suggestions for middle names:

Kate
Joy
June
Maisie
Beth
Jay
Marie
Nell
Gwen
Laurel
Lucy
Jill
Amy
Eve
Nancy
Niamh
Molly
Claire

Sungura · 19/11/2018 10:28

I like Sienna, too. Sienna Laurel?

twentytimes · 19/11/2018 10:08

Isla.
Is May part of the first name or middle name?
Isla Sienna is quite nice actually if you really like both names

Undercoverbanana · 19/11/2018 08:46

Isla May is a place - Isle of May.

Isla Rose
Isla Katherine
Isla Estelle
Isla Olivia
Isla Margaret

Sunshiness · 19/11/2018 08:38

Both lovely, but prefer Isla Smile

Not a fan of May as mn. I think PP suggestions of

Isla Marie
Isla Elizabeth

are really lovely.

Icklepup · 19/11/2018 08:27

Sienna

canihaveanap · 19/11/2018 07:26

I would choose sienna, Isla is so common at the moment.

Polkasq · 19/11/2018 07:25

Sienna

SpaghettiTuesdays · 19/11/2018 02:25

Sienna. Never actually met one but it's a really nice name. Met millions of Islas. It's a nice enough name but Sienna is lovely.

Thetigerwhocameto · 19/11/2018 01:17

I feel like May is becoming/is the old Leigh that was added to the end of every name. @hellopeopl3 I’m a teacher and lots of these kids drop the hyphenated part of their name and comment they wish it was just a middle name? Just a thought.

As for the initial question, Sienna, there are lots of Isla’s around at the mo (not a reason not to use it but I know it puts some people off)

HelloPeopl3 · 19/11/2018 00:47

My daughter will be called Isla-Mai.
I love the name OP x

Pemba · 19/11/2018 00:35

Not Isla - so overused at the moment and slightly dull. Quite like Sienna.

May is a bit boring too. I know Rose is also overused at the moment, but Sienna Rose sounds lovely. Sienna Mary is nice, and Sienna Clare, Sienna Lucy.

highinthesky · 19/11/2018 00:34

How about Isla Sinclair?

ILoveAutum · 19/11/2018 00:30

It sounds like an island, because it IS an island.

You can’t call her Isla May.

Nor Sienna May.

OneTwistedAngel · 19/11/2018 00:25

Isla Marie is nice

Calzone · 18/11/2018 22:19

Isla May does sound like an island.

Isla Elizabeth
Isla Gabriella
Isla Victoria

Shadow1234 · 18/11/2018 22:16

Sienna is a really lovely name, but I'm not keen on May tbh.

Sienna Rose
Sienna Rai
Sienna Leigh
Sienna Joy
Sienna Faye
