Which of these do you prefer? Middle name will be Elizabeth. Our surname is long and Armenian (think Hovanessian, Keleshian etc.) hence no names on shortlist longer than 2 syllables!

Jasmine
Iris
Rowan
Hazel
Ivy

Rowan or Iris.

gobbin · 18/11/2018 15:03

Rowan (I know one female Rowan, it’s a fab name).

AlphaJuno · 18/11/2018 14:56

I like Ivy and Iris.
Not keen on Jasmine as it's very common around here, I know about 5.

Hazel or rowan at a push

MamaHechtick · 18/11/2018 14:45

Jasmine or Hazel.

I know two female Rowan's but I do find it really masculine. Ivy I associate with older people.

MrsGB2225 · 18/11/2018 14:44

Hazel

Sunshiness · 18/11/2018 14:43

I like Jasmine best

Hazel is lovely but Hazel Elizabeth quite many z's?

Ivy is nice as well.

Icklepup · 18/11/2018 14:41

Rowan Elizabeth

Eleanor90 · 18/11/2018 14:38

Love Hazel, and Jasmine is also lovely.

Iris is OK, RowanI prefer for boys, and Ivy I find a little dull.

FuzzyShadowChatter · 18/11/2018 14:35

A lovely nature list. I like Hazel best with Rowan close behind. Ivy and Iris are similarly okay and less fond of Jasmine.

MikeUniformMike · 18/11/2018 13:42

Jasmine
Iris
Rowan
Hazel
Ivy

Jasmine is the one I like best. Not keen on Ivy or Iris.

piglet81 · 18/11/2018 13:39

Hazel gets my vote - lovely and distinctive.

(I also love Rowan, but for a boy Smile)

Twatforahat · 18/11/2018 13:37

I know three men called Rowan, so it’s a male name to me.

Ivy amd Hazel having a moment right now.

Jasmine a bit 90s/Disney Princess, but not awful.

Iris or Hazel.

CloserIAm2Fine · 18/11/2018 13:32

I love Rowan

The others are all fine though

SallyWD · 18/11/2018 13:29

Like Jasmine, iris and Ivy

WithAFaeryHandInHand · 18/11/2018 13:28

I love, love, love Hazel and Rowan.

Dislike Ivy, Jasmine and Iris.

It’s unusual that I either love or dislike all the names on a list! There are usually some blah ones in the middle for me.
