Seems a bit clunky and ugly...a stretch too far for a girl. Henrietta and Georgina have same vibe but prettier and also not immediately a male name converted to a female one. Well, they are, but used more often so seem more of a name in their own right.

Return of the Native had a Thomasina in it.
I don't really like it as I don't like male sounding names for girls, such as Nigella, Georgia etc.

I like Thomasina Miers.

I think I like the name. But I can see a lot of people wouldn't.

It's not too masculine like Donalda. More like Henrietta/ Hetty which I do like.

I have eclectic taste and really don't dislike many names so perhaps I'm not a good judge!

I hate it. One of my most hated girls names ever, along with Arabella.

I generally hate girls names that are just extensions of common boys names.

Hormones! It's clunky & old fashioned, not in a good way

It is considerably nicer by a long way than the Edwardian char lady names like Ivy, Maisie, Ruby, Pearl, Elsie and Daisy which in 2018 list of most popular names.

I've never liked it. It sounds as though you hoped for a baby boy to call Thomas, but had a girl instead, so decided to use it anyway and came up with Thomasina.

Not too keen, personally, though I'm quite taken by the idea of a little girl going by Tommy, so...

She'd probably never come across another unless there's a drastic popularity change; less than 3 (potentially 0) babies given the name in 2017.

I like it. It's original without being tries too hard, made up or wacky spelling. It reminded me of this book.
