I need some baby name help!!! We are team yellow and are totally not agreeing on names! So I need some opinions on the following:

Girls:
Layla Rae
Avery Grace

Boys:
Jackson James
Isaac Michael
Archie Michael

I love Avery for a girl husband hates it.

To me, Avery is a boy's name. Grace is my favourite of your girls' names.

Boys - I'd go for Jackson James and call him JJ for short.

Layla is nice. Grace would be a better middle name with it than Rae.

Avery just makes me think of aviaries & stationery. I really dislike it. Anyway, if your DH hates it it's off the table, surely.

I don't like Isaac or Archie at all so Jackson would be my pick for a boy.

Layla makes me think of Eric Clapton....

Combine the two : Ava?

Avery is a popular girls name.
I prefer Layla personally. Also if your husband hates a name I'd pass

I think Layla will date - there are so many Isla/Lyla/ Lila/Layla names around. And agree with PP re Rae. What about Grace for a first name?

I don’t really like Avery, makes me think of a bird house! Love Grace - would you consider it for a first name? Like Archie and Issac from your boy list but know so many Jacksons and I always think of it as a surname.

I do prefer Layla although I definitely hear the song Wink If you’re after a few curve balls how about:

Not keen on the girls names. Avery Grace sounds a bit like Amazing Grace.

Avery is a company which makes printer labels. It's not a name.

Layla is a great name, not keen on Rae as a middle name as it's this decade's answer to May of the 2000s and Lee/Leigh of the 1990s.

Like Isaac and Archie.
